MC9

MC9 (BV2052, MB5039) retired on 2 July 1999. This picture was taken on 17 June 1999 on Aberdeen Praya Road, Aberdeen. The pictures below and on the next page shows the interior details of this bus. They were taken on 23 June 1999.

This photograph shows the driver's position of the MC9. You can clearly see that the full fare of Route 43X was $5.20. The bus has a cash box of CMB. It is believed to be as old as the vehicle.

Like Tridents and other single-doored double-deckers in Britain, the spaces above the front axle was a luggage area.

There was another luggage compartment under the staircase.
